Purchasing guide | 29 September 2026
Before ordering an 8N-5863 radiator, confirm the mounting coordinates, hose-neck positions, port functions and clearance around the cooling pack. A matching rectangular outline or shipping-carton size does not establish installation fit. Ask for a dimensioned drawing of the actual offered unit and compare it with the installed radiator.
Our 8N-5863 product page identifies the radiator reference. The photos below come from our separate 8N5863 gallery and show useful exterior details. They do not establish that every machine named across those listings uses the same installed configuration.
Use one orientation for every measurement
First label the drawing as viewed from the fan side or the opposite side. Then mark the top, bottom and left/right reference edges. Comparing a front photograph with a rear measurement sheet can reverse the apparent hose layout.
| Check | What the buyer should record | What remains to be confirmed |
|---|---|---|
| Mounting | Hole centre distances, hole sizes, bracket offsets and support locations. | Measured drawing of the offered radiator, including mounting hardware scope. |
| Hose necks | Outside diameter, projection, angle and centre location from common datum edges. | Hose connection type and clearance to the fan, shroud and adjacent components. |
| Other openings | Photograph and identify each connected circuit on the installed unit. | Port thread, sealing arrangement and function; do not identify by cap colour. |
| Size and packing | Core dimensions and total installed envelope recorded separately. | Packed dimensions and gross weight for freight, not as installation dimensions. |
Decide whether the radiator itself needs replacement
An overheating complaint alone does not prove a failed radiator. Ask the workshop to identify the leak, obstruction or other fault under the equipment service procedure and inspect the surrounding airflow and coolant circuit. Keep the diagnosis separate from the seller's fitment check.
| Option and condition | Parts cost scope | Workshop time | Downtime / delivery factors |
|---|---|---|---|
| Service the existing cooling system when inspection supports reuse of the radiator. | Only the supported service items, seals or hoses. | Diagnosis and the specified service work. | Workshop access may govern downtime more than parts shipment. |
| Replace the radiator when confirmed damage or restriction makes replacement appropriate. | Correct radiator plus required installation items. | Removal, fitment, refill and specified system checks. | Confirm dimensions and the full parts package before dispatch. |
| Radiator plus associated repairs when inspection identifies additional damage. | Itemised affected hoses, mounts or other components. | Additional access and repair work. | Coordinate all required components; one delivered radiator does not complete the job. |
Make inspection and shipping requirements explicit
If a leak-test record is required, request the applicable test method, acceptance criteria, date and item identification. An overall product photo is not that record. Ask for protection of fins, mounting rails and hose necks, capped openings and a packing list separating supplied accessories from transport protection. Obtain current dispatch and freight terms for the finished package.
Copy this checklist into your enquiry
- Machine model and serial number; installed radiator reference and any equipment modifications.
- Labelled photographs of both sides and every connected opening.
- Mounting drawing, hose-neck measurements and available cooling-pack clearance.
- Workshop diagnosis; requested accessories, inspection record and packing requirements.
Send these details, quantity and destination to GUANGZHOU JIAJUE MACHINERY EQUIPMENT CO.,LTD. Ask for an itemised quotation identifying the offered product, included accessories, evidence still required and confirmed shipment terms.
This guide explains purchasing decisions; it is not a machine-specific installation procedure or a completed customer case. Photos document visible features, not test results or confirmed fitment.
