215-6209 2156209 E320C Excavator Chassis Wiring Harness

1. Connect each plug of the wire harness to the corresponding hole on the test bench
2. Each time a switch is turned on, a function is tested. The corresponding indicator light turns on, indicating that the function is normal.

Installing a complete E320D chassis harness, under normal conditions and without additional faults, requires 4-6 hours by mechanic (2 people working together).

E320D machine walking abnormality: drive motor solenoid not working, walking speed switching malfunction, fault codes appear or disappear when walking or shaking the wiring harness.

It need us check:

• Whether the circuit functions are consistent
• Whether the number and arrangement of the plugs and pins are consistent
• Whether the electrical voltage parameters are matched
