Product testing steps

1.Check whether the tension of the crawler tracks on both sides is consistent. Support the crawler tracks on both sides separately, check the distance between the maximum sinking point of the crawler tracks and the horizontal line on the chassis.

2. Check whether the pilot pressure of the front and rear pumps is consistent from the instrument panel.

3. Interchange the high-pressure oil pipe of the travel motor from the center joint to observe the right travel motor.

4. Interchange the 4 oil pipes for the left and right travel oil supply between the main control valve and the center joint, and test the machine to observe the center joint.

5. Check the valve core of the left and right travel control valves to observe whether the valve body moves flexibly and there is no damage.

6. After interchanging the regulators of the two main pumps, test the machine to determine whether the fault is on the regulator or on the hydraulic main pump.

7. Disassemble the regulator to observe whether the O-ring on the valve core has aged and damaged, causing the valve core to move inflexibly and unable to adjust the angle of the swash plate normally, thereby reducing the displacement of the rear pump, slowing down the travel speed, and causing the machine to deviate to the right when driving.

8. Clean the pump regulator, replace the O-ring, reassemble and test the machine.
