Product Testing Steps

The debugging of the fuel injection pump should be carried out on the fuel injection pump test bench and operated by professionals.

The preliminary preparation work is:

• The motor power of the test bench must be sufficient to ensure that the fuel injection pump can operate stably at the maximum fuel supply and maximum speed;
• The fuel injection pump test bench should have a wide range of speed changes;
• Speed, flow and fuel measurement must be reliable;
• The specifications of high-pressure oil pipes on test benches are generally based on standard oil pipes;
• Standard fuel injectors should be installed on the test bench;
• The output oil pressure of the oil transfer pump is adjusted to the standard value;
• The test bench must be kept clean and tidy.
