A replacement cooling fan needs more than a matching outside diameter. Before ordering the Z620-51-89-9 fan listed for PC200-6 equipment, document the installed direction, mounting arrangement and relationship to the shroud. A photograph taken from the opposite side can make two otherwise similar fans difficult to compare.

Figure 1. Overall view records the blade arrangement and central mounting area. It is not a measured airflow or performance test.

Use a fixed viewpoint for direction

Identify the radiator side and engine side on the old fan photographs. Record the rotation and required airflow direction from the applicable machine information, stating the viewing direction used. Ask the supplier to use the same reference when confirming the offered fan. Do not decide suitability from a seller's “clockwise” description without its viewpoint.

Blade shape in an unscaled photo does not establish an airflow curve, cooling capacity or permissible operating speed. The required fan specification must come from the installed equipment and its configuration. If the fan drive or cooling package has been changed, include those details in the enquiry.

Measure the mounting plane, not just the centre opening

Request the outside diameter, centre opening, bolt pattern and the position of the mounting face relative to the fan's front and rear limits. Have the workshop compare the actual installation space using a clearly labelled drawing. Bolt-hole count alone does not verify the bolt-circle diameter or centring arrangement.

Record the installed relationship to the shroud and nearby components before removal where practical. Ask the workshop to assess clearance using the machine procedure, including any relevant movement of the supported assembly. Do not reuse an arbitrary clearance value from a different excavator model.

Choose the repair scope from the inspection findings

Option and inspection condition Parts cost scope Workshop time Downtime and delivery considerations
Fan-only replacement when damage is confined to the fan and the drive, mounting and shroud pass inspection. Correct fan and the fastening items required by the procedure. Removal/refitting and clearance verification. Check orientation and dimensions before dispatch; a similar-looking fan can still delay the repair.
Fan and shroud or mounting repair after contact damage is identified. Fan plus the confirmed damaged surrounding items. Additional alignment and clearance work. Coordinate all parts and workshop work; replacing only the fan may leave the contact condition unresolved.
Wider cooling-system investigation when overheating is reported without a confirmed fan defect. Only components supported by diagnosis. Cooling-system and fan-drive checks under the applicable service information. A fan shipment alone does not resolve an unidentified overheating cause.

What should accompany the quotation?

Send machine serial number, installed fan markings, labelled photographs and the required dimension sheet. Ask for the exact offered reference and packaging that protects the blades from bending or impact. A product photo is not evidence of balance testing; request a traceable test record if this is a purchase requirement.

Illustrative decision: two offers match the apparent diameter, but only one documents the required offset. Resolve the missing measurement before comparing price. Evaluate the fan, required hardware, labour and confirmed delivery together. A cracked or damaged fan should be handled through the equipment's prescribed repair process, not by an improvised blade modification.

Request a clearly scoped quotation

Send the identification details and inspection findings above to GUANGZHOU JIAJUE MACHINERY EQUIPMENT CO.,LTD, together with quantity and destination. Ask us to state the exact supplied components, supporting identification evidence and confirmed dispatch terms in the quotation.

These are purchasing checks, not a machine-specific repair procedure or a record of a completed customer repair. Product photographs show visible features; they do not establish internal condition, test performance or compatibility. Installation and testing should follow the applicable equipment service information.
