The installation environment must be dust-free; lubricate the O-ring with clean machine oil before installation to prevent oil leakage; ensure the O-ring is installed correctly.

This is commonly due to air trapped in the high-pressure oil rail. Cycle the engine in short bursts (no more than 30 seconds) to purge air. Multiple attempts may be needed to stabilize pressure.
